Extra guests are allowed with an extra charge but do let us know prior so we can make it comfortable for them too!

Quiet hours start at 10pm There is no smoking policy inside the apartments; there is an additional cleaning fee of $200 to remove the odor

No parties or any events allowed without letting us know prior which may be caused for guests removal in doing so.

Please remove shoes inside the unit

Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.

Pet is allowed provided a pet fee payment prior to check-in ($75). If a guest decided to bring a pet without informing the host, there will be a charge of $150.

No smoking inside the unit is allowed.
