By confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth as follows:
TERMS and CONDITIONS
The GUEST(s) agrees to pay the nightly rate during the rental period as indicated at the time of booking and the taxes involved thereafter. As such, additional payment will be the following:
1. Cleaning fee (amount will depend on where the unit is located)
2. Security deposit (amount will depend on where the unit is located)
3. Pet fee (amount of $75) per stay (will depend when renters brings their pets)
4. The reservation does not include HST and municipal tax which will be charged upon check-in
The GUEST(s) may not sublet or transfer this agreement without the written consent of the owner
The PROPERTY OWNER or designated agent may enter the premises at reasonable times, with or without notice, for the purpose of making repairs, inspections or other required maintenance.
If the GUEST(s) violates any of the conditions of this agreement, or limitations outlines, the PROPERTY OWNER may terminate this agreement and enter the premises by force or statutory proceedings, in which case any moneys paid by the GUEST(s) will be forfeited by the GUEST(s) as liquidated damages
The PROPERTY OWNER shall not be responsible for any accident or injuries occurring to the renter or guests of the renter on this property or premises.
The GUEST(s) hereby agrees to reimburse the owner for any penalty that maybe imposed on the owner by any court by reason of any violation upon the premises through fault of the renter herein, his/her family members or guests.
All belongings of the property, must stay within the property boundaries at all times.
The GUEST(s) waives any and all security provisions.
The GUEST(s) certifies that he/she has carefully read the limitations the owner has set forth in this contract, including limitations on the number of persons permitted to occupy the premises, and agrees that if specified limitations are exceeded without the written consent of the owner, the owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement. In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel this agreement as provided for in this clause, any monies paid by the renter will be forfeited as liquidated damages.
GUEST(s) agrees to comply with the following RULES and REGULATIONS affecting the area and rental premises:
a) No smoking inside the property and within the premises
b) Firearms including slingshot is prohibited
c.) No parties or events are permitted
d.) Telephone is not provided
e.) Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb other guests and residents in the area
f.) Garbage is to be secured by renter in plastic bags and placed in specified container as follows: Owner will advise. Recycle is to be handled as follows: Owner will advise.
g.) Sheets and towels are provided. Guests can bring their own sheets and towels. The owner will not be liable for any damaged or incidents incurred when they bring their own.
h.) There is a limit house occupancy as indicated in the reservation
i.) COVID-19 precautions: Please ensure that all individuals (as far as they aware) do not have covid-19 and/or are displacing flu like symptoms and/or have been in contact with anyone with covid-19.
